Rental Agreement

1. Rental Period & Times

Standard Collection & Return: Vehicles can be picked up and returned between 9 AM and 6 PM, 7 days a week.

After-Hours Service: If you require a collection or return outside these hours, we’re happy to assist upon request.

Rental Day: A rental day is classified as 9 AM to 6 PM. Returning the vehicle after this time will incur an additional day’s rental charge.

2. Booking Confirmation

• We’ll confirm your booking within one hour of your request, so you can plan ahead with confidence.

3. Driver Age Requirements

• For SUVs and Sports Cars, the minimum driver age is 25 years.

• For Supercars, the minimum driver age is 30 years.

4. Delivery and Collection Fees

Delivery Charges: Our delivery fee is based on the distance from our depot, calculated at a per-kilometer rate. A minimum fee of $150 applies for each way. It will be quoted prior to booking, if available.

Kilometres Included: Your rental includes 100-350 km per day, depending on the vehicle. Additional kilometers will be charged between $2.00 and $12.00 per km based on the vehicle’s tier.

5. Payment & Security Bond

Full Payment: To secure your booking, full payment is required in advance.

Driver’s License & Identification: You’ll need to provide a valid Australian or international driver’s license, along with a Medicare card and bank card, before your rental begins.

Security Bond: A security bond is required and must be paid via bank transfer two days prior to your booking. If paying by card upon arrival, a 3% non-refundable surcharge will apply.

• The bond will be released within 5 business days of returning the vehicle, provided no damage is found.

6. Vehicle Condition & Fuel

Vehicle Photos: We’ll take detailed photos of the vehicle upon pick-up and drop-off. We encourage you to take your own photos for peace of mind.

Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with a full tank, or at the same level as when collected. For unleaded vehicles, please refill with 98 Octane fuel, preferably from BP or Shell.

• If the fuel level is not met, we will charge $3.50 per litre, deducted from your security bond.

7. Toll & Additional Charges

Toll Roads: Any toll road use during your rental will be deducted from your security bond, with a 20% administration fee.

Damage & Fees:

• For minor damages, we’ll only charge the repair cost.

• Wheel damage incurs a minimum fee of $550.

• A $1,000 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside the vehicle (smoking is prohibited).

• If a pet is transported in the vehicle, a $250 cleaning fee will apply (pets are prohibited).

8. Cleanliness & Damage

Return Condition: Please return the vehicle in a reasonably clean state. Excessive cleaning fees may be charged if the vehicle is returned in poor condition.

Security Bond & Damage: If the cost of damages exceeds the security bond, the bond will not be refunded. For damages caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or due to violations of driving laws, you will be fully liable for repair costs.

9. Prohibited Use

Driving Restrictions: Speeding, reckless driving, off-road use, and racing are strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Location: Vehicles must remain within the state u.

10. Cancellations

• Please note that cancellations are non-refundable. We recommend ensuring your plans are final before booking.
